About the Job

Job Scope

The employee is responsible for providing after-sales support and addressing any product-related issues in coordination with the head office, specifically for hospitals across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Serve as the point of contact for incoming inquiries related to billing issues, proof of delivery, account statements, and other related matters.
• Represent the company in government-related processes, including tenders, contract signing, and submission of required documents.
• Coordinate with the logistics and sales departments to ensure accurate and timely product delivery, address any issues that may arise, and follow up on final receipts.
• Coordinate with finance to follow up on sales accounts, collect payments from clients, and ensure proper banking and documentation of receivables.
• Perform regular field visits across the KSA to support sales activities, deliver documents, collect receipts, and ensure follow-up on governmental procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all customer interactions.

• Diploma Certificate
• Minimum Experience: A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the medical equipment or healthcare industry.

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Specialist to join our dynamic team in the surgical field. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful adoption and utilization of our medical devices by healthcare professionals. Your expertise in clinical training, product knowledge, and customer support will be essential in ensuring optimal patient outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• • Promote high-end surgical solutions to public and private hospitals within the assigned region of operation.
• • Assist in the execution of the annual marketing strategy and product plan for the focus portfolio to increase market presence and market share.

We are seeking an Application Specialist to join our Renal Dialysis Division. The role involves supporting the effective use of specialized dialysis equipment and software by providing technical support, user training, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between the company and end-users, ensuring proper installation, optimal usage, and customer satisfaction, while working closely with the sales and service teams.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Deliver in-service training for ICU staff, provide technical assistance with Dialysis machines, and lead the implementation of product upgrades and new equipment.

• Conduct research on ESG trends, sustainability frameworks, and partnership opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and strategic partners.
• Coordinate CSR certifications, sustainability reporting, and compliance activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and related documentation.
• Support internal and external coordination for CSR events and initiatives.
• Promote sustainability awareness across the organization.
• Maintain records and support administrative and project tracking activities.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, ESG, or related functions.
• Strong communication, research, presentation, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of sustainability reporting standards, ESG frameworks, and CSR best practices is preferred.
• Experience in CSR program management, stakeholder engagement, and partnership coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Lead digital transformation projects across healthcare organizations
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and market positioning

Join MSS as a Product Manager – Renal Dialysis and take the lead in planning and executing marketing strategies and product roadmaps for our Renal Dialysis (CRRT), Respiratory, and future ICU product portfolio while providing technical expertise, supporting sales teams, and collaborating closely with healthcare professionals to ensure successful implementation, optimal utilization, and sustainable business growth.

In this role, you will:

• Promote Renal Dialysis CRRT and Respiratory Products future ICU products to public and private hospitals in KSA.
• Planning and execution of annual marketing strategy and product plan for the focus portfolio to increase market presence and market share.
• Conduct market mapping and maintain accurate and updated data collection to validate and optimize focus portfolio strategies.
• Deliver continuous in-depth clinical and technical training and education to healthcare professionals, focusing on proper usage and application, while emphasizing the distinctive features, advantages, and clinical outcomes associated with the products.
• Support HCPs in the hospitals implementing the system and ensure the appropriate product applications and utilization are achieved.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to facilitate the implementation of local and International customized marketing activities centered around the focus portfolio.
• Map and train local proctors and speakers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to launch, evaluate, penetrate, and optimize focus portfolio products in key GOV and MOH accounts.
• Provide continuous technical and clinical training for sales team.
• Achieve annual target set for focus portfolio.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Biology, microbiology, biotechnology, biochemistry, molecular biology, or any other related field.
• MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 4-years’ experience in promoting Renal Dialysis CRRT and Respiratory Products.
• Ability to travel frequently inside Saudi Arabia.
