Our semi-annual leadership retreat brought the Medical and Scientific Supplies (MSS) leadership team together to reflect on the progress we’ve made over the past six months and align on what comes next.

The retreat created the perfect setting for meaningful conversations that quickly turned into bold ideas: from integrating robotics into our solutions to local manufacturing, Integrative Medicine, and advancing professional education through MSS Academy; these ideas and priorities continue to form the foundations that shape the next chapter of MSS.

Discussions also included upcoming CSR initiatives focused on sustainability, academic and clinical research, and community engagement. These initiatives reflect our commitment to our roots while supporting nature conservation and creating lasting environmental impact.
